The Granby Rovers Soccer Club proudly congratulates Owen Plourde as the Connecticut Youth Referee of the Year. Owen was recently honored by the Connecticut Soccer Referee Program (CSRP) at its 13th annual awards night at Casa Mia at the Hawthorne in Berlin. The CSRP is a jointly established organization of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) and the Connecticut State Soccer Association (CSSA). Owen was recognized for his outstanding skills, leadership and professionalism on the field as a state referee.
