Small Business Symposium hosted by local Chambers

The Granby Chamber of Commerce and Bradley Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as local businesses will be hosting the Small Business Symposium on Thursday, April 9, from noon to 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at the New England Air Museum located in Windsor Locks. This half-day program is designed by business owners for business owners through engaging sessions that will include insightful industry tips from recognized business leaders.

The keynote address will feature Connecticut native, Pete Winiarski, founder and CEO of Win Enterprises, LLC, an international consulting company. Winiarski is the creator of the Win Enterprises methodology, The Win Holistic Transformation ModelTM, which is based on proven and successful best practices, two decades of applying operations excellence as a strategic weapon, and personally leading business transformations. He is the author of Act Now! A Daily Action Log for Achieving Your Goals in 90 Days, a valued keynote speaker, and is frequently on TV as a business expert and goal achievement expert.

In addition to the keynote, breakout sessions covering social media, website design, managing an online brand, human resources and  customer relationship strategies, the event will feature local experts from businesses and business support organizations who will provide information and services to help small business owners with strategic business growth. The event is $45 per person and includes lunch, refreshments, five seminars (including keynote) and a networking event immediately following. Discounts apply for early registration.
