The post-and-beam-construction building at 2 Park Place was built as a hotel around the 1820s and was recently updated and renovated to offer professional, user-friendly work spaces. It is located at the corner of Rte. 20 and Park Place on Granby’s center green.
Suites, rooms, or shared space, which can be fully furnished, provide work environments that are professional, friendly, and hassle free. The work environment is managed by the owners so that tenants can focus on their businesses, not office management.

The driving distance from 2 Park Place to Bradley International Airport is 15 minutes.
