Two Park Place, a new venture offering rental business suites, single offices and shared spaces with all-inclusive services and amenities, recently opened in the center of Granby. The post-and-beam-construction building at 2 Park Place was built as a hotel around the 1820s and was recently updated and renovated to offer professional, user-friendly work spaces. It is located at the corner of Rte. 20 and Park Place on Granby’s center green.
Suites, rooms, or shared space, which can be fully furnished, provide work environments that are professional, friendly, and hassle free. The work environment is managed by the owners so that tenants can focus on their businesses, not office management.
The building has kitchenettes on both floors, and there several restaurants within walking distance in Granby center. When weather permits, lunch at a picnic table under the 100-year-old Sycamore tree is also an option. A shower facility is provided for those who wish to exercise, ride their bike to work or run in the middle of the day. Other features included at 2 Park Place are utilities, on-site parking, handicap accessibility, conference rooms and phone systems that include local and long distance service, auto attendants, and remote voice mail alerts.
Provided in one low monthly price are personal and private WiFi and wired sub-net internet, and Virtual Private Network access. On-site technical support for the internet, phone systems and the Wi-Fi network is included and extra support options are also available.
The driving distance from 2 Park Place to Bradley International Airport is 15 minutes.
“I've been running our New York office inside an existing office share for more than a decade, and the dividends paid through cross-market collaboration, friendships and a healthy dynamic environment are high; both fiscally and as quality of life,” said Eric Mainardi, the principal at 2 Park Place. “That and the fact that we see a real bright future for Granby and the surrounding area. People can stop by and take a look during most days, as someone is always onsite working on their business.”
